These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Myluh website and your purchases with us. By placing an order through www.myluh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment


Klarna, Shop Pay, and other standard methods such as debit/credit cards and PayPal.

GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT.
UK and EU customers only.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Zones

We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is not free. Flat-rate fees apply:
UK: £4.95
EU: £9.95

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Times


Ready-made items: Dispatched within 2–3 working days
Custom-made items: May take up to 30 days for production and preparation


Estimated Delivery

UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch
EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Tracking

Orders are not tracked by default. If tracking is required, please contact us prior to placing your order — additional charges may apply.

Local Pickup

Local collection in Derby may be arranged upon request. Please email us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers outside the UK (including EU) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local authorities. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns for Ready-Made Items

You may return ready-made items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

We will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost, once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)

We do not accept returns on custom-made clothing due to the personalised nature of these items.
We ensure thorough communication during the design process so that you are satisfied before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order (ready-made or custom-made) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at

5. Product Descriptions

All items are handmade, and slight variations in colour, stitching, or measurements may occur.
We do our best to describe each item accurately, but please allow for minor artistic differences.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is used only to fulfil your order and is never sold or shared unnecessarily.
We respect your privacy and store your information securely.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
